After the completion of intake documents, we aim to complete documents within 3-5 business days if all necessary information has been provided by the customer. The timeframe of completed documents varies on an individual’s situation.
We are here to assist with your various needs. Pricing is dependent on the type of documents needing to be prepared. Please contact our office to inquire about pricing options. Pleas note any other expenses such as court filing fees, processing fees, etc., are not included in the listed price.
We accept all major credit cards, Debit, and E-checks. Payments are final and nonrefundable.
We understand the importance of the security of your information. All information provided will only be used by C&S Virtual Paralegals. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties. The information provided will be protected by security standards and kept confidential.
After we complete a review of your documents together, customers then file their documents with the corresponding courts.
We understand that legal advice may be needed depending on your situation. Once services with C&S Virtual Paralegals have commenced, we may be able to provide attorney referrals.
A paralegal works under the supervision of an attorney. A document preparer does not work under the supervision of an attorney but instead provides service to the general public. Both a paralegal and a document preparer are non-lawyers, and cannot provide legal advice.
